Risk Disclaimer

Warning: Trading cryptocurrency is highly risky. You can lose all of your capital. Automated trading does not eliminate market risk. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose, and never more.

1General risk warning

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, largely unregulated, and operate 24/7. The price of digital assets can move sharply in either direction within seconds. Liquidity can evaporate, tokens can go to zero, and blockchains themselves can fail or fork. You may lose part or all of your capital when using Snipe.

2Not financial advice

Nothing on this website, in the Snipe dashboard, in our documentation, on our Telegram, Discord, or any other channel constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Snipe is a technology tool. All trading decisions — including choice of strategy, assets, position size, and risk parameters — are made by you. Consult a qualified advisor if you are unsure whether crypto trading is suitable for you.

3Market volatility

Tokens may swing 50%+ in a single candle. Newly launched tokens are especially volatile. Slippage, failed transactions, and rapid reversals are common and are not the fault of Snipe.

4Automation risk

Automated strategies execute without human confirmation. A badly configured strategy, a sudden market event, RPC downtime, or a chain-level issue can cause unintended trades or losses. Always start with conservative position sizes, review risk parameters carefully, and monitor live activity.

5Smart contract and protocol risk

Snipe interacts with third-party smart contracts, DEXs, and protocols. These may contain bugs, be exploited, be upgraded in ways that break integrations, or freeze funds. Snipe does not audit or guarantee the safety of any third-party contract you choose to trade.

6Liquidity and slippage

Low-liquidity tokens can experience extreme slippage. Exiting a position may be difficult or impossible if liquidity is pulled, routed away, or blacklisted. Our safety filters reduce — but do not eliminate — this risk.

7Self-custody risk

Snipe holds your balance while the engine trades it. That is a real risk and we name it: funds on the platform are exposed to our solvency and our security, not only to the market. Withdraw what you do not need working. You are responsible for the withdrawal address you give us — transfers on a public blockchain cannot be reversed, and an address on the wrong network is usually unrecoverable.

8Regulatory risk

Crypto regulation is evolving and differs by jurisdiction. Laws may change in ways that restrict or prohibit your use of automated trading tools or certain assets. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax reporting.

9Past performance

Any performance figures, win rates, P&L screenshots, or backtests presented on our website or by users of Snipe reflect past results and do not guarantee future performance. Market conditions change, and a strategy that worked in the past may lose money in the future.

10Your responsibility

By using Snipe, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the risks described above.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
  • You will only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
  • Snipe and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, as further described in the Terms of Service.
