Terms of Service

1Who we are

Snipe is an automated trading service. These terms are an agreement between you and the company operating the service. By creating an account you accept them in full.

2What Snipe does

The service monitors public blockchain data, screens smart contracts and submits transactions on your behalf according to the strategy and limits you configure. Snipe does not give investment advice and does not manage funds on a discretionary basis.

3Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor codes secure. Snipe holds the balance you deposit and trades it on your instruction: you send funds to an address we issue, and you withdraw to an address you supply. We never ask for a private key or seed phrase, and you should treat anyone who does as an impostor.

4Fees and payments

Tiers are not bought. A tier opens on the total you have deposited over the life of the account: $100 opens Core, $500 opens Prime, $1,000 opens Private. The minimum deposit is $100. Every deposit adds to that total, whether you fund it in one payment or in several; profit made by the bot does not raise it, and withdrawing does not lower it. What a tier changes is how much the account may earn: a lifetime ceiling of 5x, 10x or 20x its deposits, and a daily budget of 40%, 60% or 75% of them. The pause between sessions is six hours on every tier. The only charge is 0.03% of each winning trade, the same rate on every tier — 99.97% of every win stays on your balance. There is no fee on deposits, withdrawals or losing trades.

5Risk disclosure

Trading digital assets carries a high level of risk, including total loss of the deposited amount. Past performance shown anywhere on this site is not a promise or guarantee of future results. Never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.
