TL;DR: Ask within 7 days of a deposit and it comes back, for any reason, with no questions asked. Snipe has no subscription and nothing to cancel.
1Overview
Snipe does not sell subscriptions. There is no plan to buy, nothing renews, and there is no billing cycle to cancel — your tier opens on the total you have deposited, as described in section 4 of the Terms of Service. What can be refunded, therefore, is a deposit. This policy explains when we return one, what a refund cannot undo, and how to ask for it.
2The 7-day window
Ask within 7 calendar days of a deposit and we return it, for any reason, with no justification required.
If the bot has not traded that money, you get 100% of it back. If it has, the refund is what remains of it on your balance: a filled order is settled on-chain and neither we nor anyone else can reverse it. Section 4 says exactly what that covers.
3Eligibility
To be eligible:
- The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the deposit you want back.
- The request must be made from the email address registered to the account.
- The account must not have been suspended or terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service.
Each deposit has its own window. Refunding one deposit does not close the account and does not affect deposits you keep.
4What a refund cannot undo
A refund returns money. It cannot rewrite a blockchain. The following have already left the platform by the time you ask, and are outside any refund:
- Trading fees already deducted from winning trades executed on-chain.
- Gas and network fees paid on transactions the bot has already submitted.
- Slippage on filled orders.
- Losses realized on trades that closed below their entry, including losses caused by market movement, honeypots, rug pulls or third-party smart-contract exploits.
- Custom engineering, desk onboarding or professional-services fees that have already been delivered.
A losing trade is never charged: the 0.03% applies to winning trades only, and there is no fee on a deposit or on a withdrawal.
5How to request a refund
Either route reaches the same desk:
- Message support from your dashboard, signed in to the account in question.
- Message support from your dashboard.
Include the deposit you want returned — the amount, the asset and the date are enough to find it. A reason is optional and never required.
6Processing and payout
A refund is returned to the wallet the deposit came from, usually the same day. Deposits are made in crypto, so a refund travels the same way — on-chain, to the address it came from.
We do not send a refund to a wallet other than the one that paid in. That rule protects the account: an address swapped at refund time is the shortest route out of a stolen account.
7After the 7-day window
After the window closes there is nothing to refund, because the money never stopped being yours: your balance can be withdrawn at any time from the Withdraw screen, in full, with no fee from us. Withdrawing does not lower the tier you have reached — the total deposited over the life of the account does not go down.
8Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively: the policy in effect on the day of a deposit governs that deposit.
