1Requesting a payout
Withdrawals start at $10 and are paid to an address you supply. You choose the coin and the network; both must match the address you give.
Two-factor authentication must be enabled before a withdrawal can be submitted. This is not optional and support cannot bypass it.
Your rung is not affected by withdrawing. It follows lifetime deposits, and taking money out does not reduce them.
2Review
Requests are reviewed before they are sent. Most go out within minutes; a first payout, an unusually large one, or a request from a device we have not seen before is checked by a person and takes longer.
A request may be declined where it would breach our AML and KYC Policy or our Acceptable Use Policy, or where we have reason to believe the account has been accessed by someone other than its owner. A declined request returns the funds to your balance.
3Getting the address right
You are responsible for the address and the network you choose. Transfers on a public blockchain cannot be reversed, recalled or redirected once broadcast.
Funds sent to an address on the wrong network are usually unrecoverable. Check the network on the withdrawal screen against the network your wallet expects before you submit.
4Status
Every request shows its state on the Withdraw screen — requested, in review, sent or declined — with the transaction reference once it is broadcast. We do not report a payout as sent before it exists on-chain.
