1Your account
- Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Nobody at Snipe can read yours, and support will never ask for it.
- Two-factor authentication uses a standard authenticator app. Turning it off requires a valid code, exactly as turning it on does.
- Every signed-in device is listed in Settings with the time it signed in, and any of them can be signed out from there.
- Changing your password signs other devices out.
2Withdrawals
Two-factor authentication is required before any withdrawal. Requests are reviewed before they are sent, and an optional address whitelist restricts payouts to addresses you have saved in advance.
3The site itself
All traffic is served over TLS. The site loads no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session recorders or social widgets — fonts and assets are served from our own domain, so opening a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
4What we ask of you
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Turn on two-factor authentication before you need it.
- Check the address bar before typing your password. We will never ask for credentials by email or chat.
- Sign out devices you no longer recognise.
5Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security flaw, write to support with the details before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt and keep you informed.
