1What we charge
0.03% of each winning trade. The fee is taken from the profit of that trade, at the moment it settles, and it is the same on every rung.
- No fee on a losing trade, ever.
- No fee on deposits.
- No platform fee on withdrawals.
- No monthly, subscription or inactivity fee.
- No fee to open, hold or close an account.
2What we do not control
Blockchain network fees are paid to the network, not to us, and we cannot waive or refund them. A deposit arrives net of whatever the sending network charged; a withdrawal is sent net of the fee required to confirm it.
Exchange rates between the coin you send and its value in dollars are taken from public market data at the time of the transaction.
3Minimums
- Minimum deposit: $100 — this is also what opens the first rung.
- Minimum withdrawal: $10.
4Changes
If the fee ever changes, the new rate is published here before it takes effect and applies only to trades settled after that date. We do not apply a rate change retroactively.
