Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2 September 2026Reading time ~1 min

Breaching this policy can cost you your account. It is short on purpose.

1You must not

  • Open more than one account, or operate an account on behalf of someone who has been closed.
  • Give false information when registering, or use another person’s identity or payment details.
  • Use the platform where doing so breaches the law that applies to you.
  • Attempt to interfere with the engine, the API or other accounts — including probing, scraping at volume, or automating the interface.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute any part of the service.
  • Use the service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or move the proceeds of crime.
  • Abuse promotional codes, referral mechanics or achievement rewards, including by creating accounts to farm them.
  • Threaten or abuse our staff.

2What happens if you do

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, restrict specific functions, hold activity pending review, or close the account.

Closing an account for breach does not forfeit a legitimate balance: your funds remain withdrawable, subject to the checks in our AML and KYC Policy.

3Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing the platform, tell support. Reports are treated confidentially.
